Dr. Spring Golden
Dr. Spring Golden is a Board Certified Dermatologist and a Board Certified Mohs Micrographic surgeon specializing in skin cancer surgery and subsequent reconstruction.
Dr. Golden was born and raised in Hawaii. She graduated from Punahou School and continued her studies at Stanford University majoring in Biological Sciences. She returned home and received her medical degree from John A. Burns School of Medicine. During medical school she was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA), the medical honors society.
Dr. Golden completed her Dermatology Residency at Oregon Health and Science University and served as Chief Dermatology Resident. She went on to complete subspecialty fellowship training in Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology at Oregon Health and Science University.
Prior to returning home to Hawaii, she served as an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Oregon Health and Science University.
She is a member of the Hawaii Dermatologic Society, American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and the American College of Mohs Surgery.
Dr. Ethan Routt
Dr. Ethan Routt is a Board-Certified Dermatologist and a Board-Certified Mohs Micrographic Surgeon who specializes in skin cancer treatment and reconstructive surgery.
Dr. Routt was raised in California and graduated from Claremont McKenna College, where he received a B.A. in human biology. He received his medical degree from the University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine.
Dr. Routt completed his medical internship and dermatology residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York and was chief resident in dermatology during his final year of training. Dr. Routt then completed a combined fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and cosmetic dermatologic surgery at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine – Montefiore Medical Center in New York.
Prior to returning home to Honolulu, Dr. Routt was junior faculty at the Montefiore Medical Center in New York, practicing medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology and was responsible for educating and supervising dermatology residents. He has published over 15 peer reviewed publications and authored 3 book chapters on procedural dermatology.
As a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American College of Mohs Surgery and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, Dr. Routt is an expert in cutaneous oncology, reconstructive surgery and cosmetic dermatology.
